The traditional globe pendant light gets a modern makeover. The Wedgefield small pendant light is classically proportioned, but we added a twist. The bottom half features cased white glass that beautifully diffuses light while the top half is open and uses decorative arms to artfully embrace the negative space. Shallotte Electric

The Shallotte Electric Stores were founded by Alton and Edna (E.B.) Milliken along with two of their teenage sons Al and Jamie. They rented a red and white grocery store building in June of 1971. The family stocked shelves and in some cases used empty boxes to give the appearance of a large inventory. Their timing in starting the business was good as the Brunswick County beaches became more and more popular. As Brunswick County Grew so did the business.
