This 5-light chandelier from the Savoy House Octave collection has understated elegance. It features large curved shades of clear glass, minimal detailing and a bold English bronze finish. Chandeliers can be used in a wide variety of spaces, including but certainly not limited to dining rooms, living rooms, great rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, foyers, offices, closets and even bathrooms! Because this chandelier is chain-hung, you can use as much or as little chain as you need to fit your specific hanging height needs, and it can be used on a sloped ceiling. Since the bulbs are exposed, try using stylized bulbs (not included) like Edison style for a different twist! The English bronze finish can be paired with bronze hardware or mixed with hardware in other finishes. Try the Octave with glam, transitional or contemporary style rooms for a chic look. Shallotte Electric

The Shallotte Electric Stores were founded by Alton and Edna (E.B.) Milliken along with two of their teenage sons Al and Jamie. They rented a red and white grocery store building in June of 1971. The family stocked shelves and in some cases used empty boxes to give the appearance of a large inventory. Their timing in starting the business was good as the Brunswick County beaches became more and more popular. As Brunswick County Grew so did the business.
